A former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Procter & Gamble, Moheet brings close to 35 years of human resources and executive leadership to SmashFly as the company expands its software and services to help businesses hire and retain the right talent to compete and grow.

Moheet spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble in a wide-variety of global and regional businesses and leadership roles, most recently as its CHRO. The founder of the consulting business Leadership Architecture Worldwide LLC, Moheet specializes in strategies and practices for developing talent and leaders and improving organization performance. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group in its People and Organization Practice. A native of India, Moheet has lived and worked in four countries, with the last 16 years in the United States.
