  • Talent Network Opt-In: Through our Recruitment Ad Distribution module, we make it easy for you to capture recruiting contacts into your CRM directly during your apply process.  In addition, we also provide the ability to create unlimited Talent Network opt-in forms to capture recruiting contacts on anywhere you have recruiting content such as your Career Site, on your Career blog, in recruiter email signatures, etc.
  • Mobile Recruiting: Our innovative mobile recruiting solution enables you to actively source and engage with qualified candidates through mobile phone SMS technology. Mobile recruiting provides an easy way to add qualified candidates to your Talent Network at networking events, job fairs and other recruiting events that you attend.

  • Existing databases / web sources: We make it easy to take your existing contact databases and combine them in one centralized Recruitment CRM database.   • Folders: Every user has the ability to create and store contacts in specific hierarchical folders. These folders can be grouped with any specification in mind and users can send targeted emails to any group of contacts in a folder for any recruiting or job campaign.

  • Saved Searches: Saved Searches enable a user to select specific fields / values and run a query across every candidate in your CRM database. All candidates that match the search qualifications are included in this separate search and can be saved for use at a later date. In addition, any new contacts that are added to the CRM also are pulled in the saved search so you don't have to constantly add new contacts to your search groups.

  • Saved Searches are a quick and effective way to create distribution lists for targeted job email campaigns. For example, if you were looking for a JAVA programmer in CA. In less than 5 minutes, you could create a saved search for JAVA programmers in CA and send them a targeted email about the new open position.

  • Tags: Tags enable you to quickly categorize contacts when you are adding them to the system and scouring your CRM database. A tag can help you quickly provide context on a qualified candidate by tagging them with a specialty (Sales, programming, JAVA, marketing, etc.), by location (CA, MA, NY, etc.) or other tags that are important for your recruiting organization. Most importantly, you can sort through candidates by these tags at any time, making it easy to find contacts that are relevant to any recently open position.
