Talent Marketing Case Study : Covance Labs
In February & March of 2008, we ran a case study to show how a talent marketing platform can enable your company to create, market, measure and optimize your job advertisements. For this case study we worked with Covance Labs, a global biotechnology and pharmaceutical company. We focused on two of their most commonly posted jobs, namely a Research Nurse and Medical Technologist.
  
The Case study consisted of taking a baseline job advertisement, and then creating three separate variations of the same job ad to try and highlight different points of interest . All four ads were then run simultaneously on 2 different job boards (Monster and CareerBuilder) in the same location. The purpose was to try and reduce the number of variables so that we could focus on measuring the differences between each approach. The results are quite interesting and we had some surprise outcomes.
