SmashFly Technologies Releases Latest Version of Comprehensive Recruitment Marketing Platform
Company Enhances Platform with Greater Focus on Collaboration, Engagement, Social Functionality and Usability
Boston, MA -SmashFly Technologies, recruitment marketing technology innovator, announced today the release of the latest iteration of its Recruitment Marketing Platform. As a sign of the company’s commitment to innovation and continual improvement, the new version of its Recruitment Marketing Platform includes several enhancements designed to improve the way employers find, attract and engage talent as well as measure the results of their recruiting efforts.
“Although our industry-leading Recruitment Marketing Platform already helps employers to increase candidate flow and effectively measure their recruiting performance, we are always seeking ways to evolve the platform to bring more value to our customers,” said Mike Hennessy, founder and CEO of SmashFly Technologies. “In our latest release, we have made several additions that not only enhance the appearance and usability of our product, but also enable employers to further extend their reach into the talent pool to find the qualified individuals who can deliver positive results on day one.”
Some highlights of the latest version of SmashFly’s Recruitment Marketing Platform include:
With the understanding that recruiting success is often dependent on the ability of recruiters and sourcers to communicate effectively, SmashFly has made several new developments designed to facilitate collaboration. In addition to improved workflows that provide greater visibility into the candidates sourced in the Recruitment CRM, the company updated the contact record design layout, making it easier to view internal connections with candidates. A new Feedback Request functionality enables recruiters and sourcers to obtain and track feedback on particular candidates from hiring managers, and a Global Status feature enables recruiters to easily monitor and move candidates along designated workflows.
The latest release of the SmashFly Recruitment Marketing Platform includes several enhancements that advance the way employers engage with candidates. Through comprehensive Web Sourcing, recruiters can conduct real-time and scheduled web searches to find and engage with candidates more quickly. The new release allows recruiters to conduct direct campaigns from their contact lists, enabling them to send similar emails to multiple contacts simultaneously. In addition, recruiters can manage their time and communications with candidates more effectively by setting up reminders through the My Tasks feature that supports iCal integration to systems such as MS Outlook and Lotus Notes.
SmashFly allows its clients to capitalize on the rapidly growing use of social networking in the recruiting process with an innovative new function. The company now enables contacts to use their social profiles via Talent Network Forms to opt into the SmashFly System more easily via their PC or mobile phones. Through this function, candidates can share their information and pass it from their social profiles to the CRM, and recruiters can then screen and guide candidates through the full application process.
The company has made numerous improvements to the user interface of its Recruitment Marketing Platform, enhancing the way recruiters use the software to find needed talent. For instance, SmashFly has enriched its CRM with greater candidate tracking functionality, the ability to provide mass updates to contact records and improved contact importing and exporting. Moreover, the new release makes it easier for users to create talent network forms and to track the performance of these forms.
The latest iteration of the SmashFly Recruitment Marketing Platform also includes several enhancements to the company’s Recruitment Ad Distribution. Through advanced job posting, users can post new positions to appropriate job boards automatically, eliminating the time and effort typically associated with posting jobs. In addition, better ad distribution page layout and default mappings further increase recruiting results.
“The very nature of recruiting has changed so much in a short period of time, and our clients depend on us to help them keep up with the latest technologies and methods for finding top talent,” said Hennessy. “With the new release of our Recruitment Marketing Platform, we are able to deliver greater efficiencies to the recruitment process and ensure our clients have the tools necessary to bring their talent acquisition strategies to the next level.”
