SmashFly Technologies introduces new sourcing innovations with automated targeted engagement, social media enhancements and mobile recruiting capabilities

Recruitment marketing technology innovator enhances its Recruitment Marketing Platform with robust email trigger campaigns, mobile platform support, embedded QR codes, and social recruiting extensions

Boston, MA – Companies are aggressively looking to identify solutions that effectively access and engage mobile and social audiences to better build their talent networks and recruit more competitively. SmashFly’s May 2012 release stays ahead of the recruitment innovation curve by bringing key product extensions to creatively engage top talent through social, mobile and direct communication channels like never seen before. The new release transforms the approach organizations take for how they build and engage their Talent Network to improve both the yield and quality of applicants acquired through these new sourcing channels.

With the new release of the WildFire™ Recruitment Marketing Platform, SmashFly customers immediately benefit from mobile access to all Talent Network Forms that work on thousands of mobile devices. Coupled with QR code support, the WildFire™ Platform provides seamless out-of-the-box mobile support for any job apply or contact capture process including mobile career sites, career fairs, networking events and print publications.

For social recruiting, new features have been designed to help organizations ensure their social profiles stay engaging with automated content delivery. Customers are able to keep the stream of content on their social networks (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) up-to-date and relevant through recurring job postings and automated streaming of non-job related content such as blog articles, employment videos, or other relevant career related information.

One of the most transformative new additions to the WildFire™ Platform is the ability to leverage sophisticated business rules to trigger email campaigns to better engage prospective talent based on their interests and other relevant attributes. For example, clients can automatically tell the system to follow-up with engineering campus graduates a year after they were hired by a competitor. The same tool can be used to invite and automatically register candidates for hiring events, or automatically follow-up after 24 hours of an applicant initiating but not completing the job-apply process. The scenarios of how this new capability can work to increase quality applicant flow and target engagement to streamline sourcing initiatives are endless.

“At SmashFly, we realize the importance and potential that social, mobile and targeted sourcing engagement has for organizations. We are always looking for ways to integrate compelling sourcing tools into the WildFire™ Platform. Best of all, our true SaaS approach means customers can start leveraging these new capabilities immediately,” said Mike Hennessy, founder and CEO of SmashFly Technologies.
