Boston, MA – SmashFly Technologies,recruitment marketing technology innovator, announced today the release of the Workflow Designer within its Enterprise Recruitment Marketing Platform. The new Workflow Designer offers a robust way for companies to build out dynamic workflows within their sourcing & marketing platform to provide more timely communication with candidates and recruiters. The dynamic workflows provide automated management of candidate pipelines and improved internal collaboration for sourcing teams.

The Workflow Designer enables organizations to create dynamic workflows that automatically execute actions based off of selected criteria. Actions that can be coordinated in the system include filing a contact to a specific pipeline folder, scheduling custom recruitment campaigns to specific candidate populations, sending communications / assigning tasks to sourcing team members and changing the status of candidates throughout the sourcing process.

Each action taken in the Workflow Designer is based off of a specific trigger in the system. Any data within a candidate’s record can be used as a trigger in the system such as the method used when they entered the system, their job title or region as well as specific actions taken by a recruiter within the platform.

Workflows can be as simple or robust as needed whether it’s a one-off single step action or a detailed multi-stage process flow. The Workflow Designer also offers conditional actions providing organizations the unique ability to stop or update workflows based on previous outcomes in the process flow.
