SmashFly Improves the Way Recruiters Find Quality Candidates with New Web Sourcing Capabilities
Latest Enhancements to SmashFly System Include Integrations with Leading Job Boards, Automated Candidate Searches and Trigger Email Campaigns
Boston, MA – SmashFly Technologies, recruitment marketing technology innovator, announced today the release of several new online integrations that provide recruiters with more ways than ever to source quality candidates and bring them into the SmashFly System. As job seekers increasingly use a number of avenues to find opportunities, SmashFly’s latest enhancements pave the way for recruiters to use these channels to search for top talent from across the web.
SmashFly has redefined recruitment marketing through its comprehensive recruitment sourcing platform, and the company continues to break new ground through its integrations with several leading web-based recruiting sources. The SmashFly System is now seamlessly integrated with candidate sources including CareerBuilder, Monster, TalentBin, Open Web Search through Bing and Twitter.
These new integrations promise to further enhance the way SmashFly’s clients find qualified talent. In addition to real-time search capabilities, users can schedule web searches on Monster, CareerBuilder and TalentBin and schedule social listening into the streams on Twitter to support automated detection and outreach in a timely fashion. In addition, users have the ability to proactively search online for candidates and pull contacts into their own CRM database. All contact information then flows into the system and is automatically parsed into a keyword-searchable contact record, making it easier for recruiters to route and classify these candidates.
SmashFly’s improved web sourcing capabilities also enable users to build targeted talent pipelines with contacts added through these sourcing channels and remain in contact with them via email or SMS. Additionally, recruiters can further connect with talent by setting up trigger email campaigns to automatically engage with candidates. Through this method, a targeted email will be sent to any contact once they are added to a specific folder or contact status, helping to build relationships with qualified talent.
“Our main goal is to develop cutting-edge recruitment strategies that improve the way our clients source the talent they need from all corners of the web,” said Mike Hennessy, founder and CEO of SmashFly Technologies. “Through our new integrations and the enhanced capabilities of the SmashFly System, delivered through our SaaS approach, we open up new ways for organizations to connect with talent and find and engage with the most qualified individuals.”
