Mary Grace Hennessy, VP Sales & Customer Success
As the VP of Sales and Customer Success, Mary Grace is responsible for North American, EMEA and Asia Pacific sales, customer success and global alliances and partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, she brings more than 14 years of leadership and experience in the HR Technology space.
Prior to joining SmashFly, Mary Grace was with Taleo; seeing firsthand Taleo's growth from an early stage start-up to a public company and leader in the Talent Management space. During her tenure, she managed the product management team at Taleo and oversaw Taleo’s launch and management of many of the company’s most successful products.
